Do You Qualify for Contract Print and Press?

To qualify for our wholesale or contract printing program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be associated or employed by a company that sells or resells printed apparel at the retail level.
  • Provide proof of a valid business.
  • Submit a reseller certificate.

Contract Printing Requirements

  • Must understand the basics of the DTF printing processes.
  • Be able to accurately price jobs using our current price list.
  • Pricing is based solely on our published price list; we do not provide quotes to your customers.
  • Send all blank apparel with your Purchase Order (PO) number and company name on each box to our location.
  • Apparel without valid PO’s may delay production.
  • Submit a valid PO along with artwork for each order to info@firstavailablepa.com.

Production Timeline

Production begins only when:

  • A complete and signed PO is received.
  • Print-ready artwork is submitted.
  • All apparel is in-house.

Artwork Requirements

  • Artwork must be to scale.
  • Submit high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF, AI, PNG) at 300 DPI.
  • If Artwork requires cleanup; additional artwork fees may apply.
  • Size artwork appropriately based on the apparel style and size.
  • For color matching: due to ICC profile variances, colors may appear different on different monitors and printers. Qualified clients will receive a color chart (on black and white shirts) to ensure color accuracy for demanding clients.
